Merger Mode behaves inconsistent when Nodes are moved

Context

When the user is using the merger mode and moves the newest created node into another segment (segment y), the color of the new segment does not change. Instead, all upcoming nodes merge the segment into segment y and not the original segment.

Expected Behavior

• If a node is moved out of a segment, the segment should no longer be in a merged state.
• If a node is moved into a new segment, this segment should be merged with the current "merging segment"

Current Behavior

Steps to Reproduce the bug

• [ ] Cannot reproduce the bug anymore / needs deeper investigation.

1. Open an annotation and start merger mode.
2. Merge some segments by creating nodes.
3. Move the latest created node into a new segment
4. create new nodes in other unmapped segments.
