Scalafix migration for cats-core is used in log4cats-core update

The PR updates org.typelevel:log4cats-core and applies the following Scalafix migration for cats-core: https://github.com/scala-steward-org/scala-steward/blob/e94fc77485a2beb9c366015507dcda1393e25cda/modules/core/src/main/resources/scalafix-migrations.conf#L147-L154 This migration should not match log4cats-core.
