doc: Iterate the javalib.rst description of Service Providers
Fold information provided by Wojciech in Issue #3453 into the "Service Providers" section
of javalib.rst. Any errors or mis-transcription are my original work.
The idea is to provide a "See one; do one" description for people who would like to use the feature.
This provides an iteration. I know that some of the concept presentation and wording is still rough, so bike shedding or superseding iterations are welcome.
