Update documentation for Scala 3 #547

Update scala.js website to account for the new Scala 3 version.

I edited several files that have things that is should be updated IMO.

Do you approve the changes on doc/tutorial/basic/index.md, can I make a PR request for https://github.com/scala-js/scalajs-tutorial with all commits amended?
