Publish a roadmap for Scala.js

It would be very useful for developers to know where Scala.js is headed and what's being actively worked on.

Just look at the list of issues, in particular those with an attached Milestone. For example those scheduled for 0.6.19 or for 1.0.0-M2.

Those lists are always the most accurate view of what we are working on or planning for the future. The nice thing about this versus a published roadmap is that is guaranteed to stay up to date, because we use it in the core team as our daily task list. A published roadmap will fall out of date quickly because we wouldn't use it.

Thanks for info. I think a short roadmap page in the main site could be useful anyway, not too detailed to become outdated as you say (that link can be used, like "for more details check https://github.com/scala-js/scala-js/milestone/46"), but an overall guide to let users know what major changes to expect in following months and maybe also drive the focus of possible new community contributions
