Downloaded movies are not moving to completed folder

Once movie get downloaded, status is always "seeding" , i think it because i kept seed_time_limit to 0! is there anything where code thinks 0 is "infinite" time limit? I also tried to 0.1 if code doesn't use as float it will be treated as 0!

Intention is move completed movie as soon as download complete.

[ Update ] Just tried to put 1 in seed_time_limit and now it moved movie which seeded for 1h, but not moving movies where were seeded for 73h/62h! https://ibb.co/gWFc6v
