libtorrent exception while loading active torrent files on startup

Last version crashes", 0.9.75 and 0.9.76 crashing,

Quasar crashes while opening and retry for 3 times i guess and says more time of crashing and timedout

Device : Raspberry Pi2 Memory card : 32GB sandisk Class 10 SDHC Image : OSMC_TGT_rbp2_20170322.img

Try moving / removing /home/osmc/Movies/Torrents/ then reboot your device. This looks like one of your active torrent files is corrupted. You'll lose your active torrents, but should allow you to get past the crashes. If you decide to move the Torrents folder instead of removing it, you could move back one of the .torrent files at a time, then quitting/restarting Kodi between each to restore them.
