Incorrect indentation in new line created after pressing Return button between {} characters

Example code:

func foo() {}

How to reproduce:

1. Move cursor between '{' and '}' chracters
2. Press the Return button

After step 2 the editor will insert new line with indentation always increased by 4 spaces, ignoring indentation length in a document.
