Can't get working is ST3

Hey there, I honestly can't get this working in SublimeText 3. I have downloaded the latest and put it into my packages folder but nothing is showing up in my Preferences > Package Settings :(

I know this hasbeen a while, but can this project somehow be forked, fixed to work with ST3 and installable thorugh Package Manager. I can't even get it to load in ST3 by dropping it directly into the packages folder.

Not Working for me also with ST3 and windows 7. Tried installing the packages in different ways but no luck. Hope for the quick help ....
