Improvements and refactoring

Improvements:

• Added exception handling in case downloading an image fails
• Added optional argument to download high res images
• Provisioned creation of only one directory with username, instead of per post basis

Refactoring:

• Moved colors class to a different file
• Moved logic to download and save image to a separate method
