SyncLine by line subtitle text to audio sync (FEATURE REQUEST)

I am proposing a line by line subtitle text to audio synchronization option. Instead of matching points of text to the audio, matching the audio with text line by line. Some of subtitles have text which is out of sync and other parts are perfectly synchronized. Manually going through is extremely tedious. After using SubSync the subtitle file is synced much closer but is still noticeably out of sync in areas. For a majority of subtitles SubSync works great. A line by line synchronizing option for erratically synchronized subtitles would be very helpful although more time intensive.

Unfortunately subsync works with very imperfect speech recognition. Only about 5-10% of words are generated correctly. Line granularity is out of reach for this approach.

I'm thinking about some sort of splitting subtitles into fragments and synchronizing fragments independently. But I don't know yet how to determine fragments boundaries.

I think this with subsync should solve the problem for different edits of video and subtitles https://github.com/kaegi/alass I had great success in running this after I had already run the subtitles through subsync
