Plugin gets instanced multiple times leading to Torrent already added issues being spammed

I access a certain torrent website via proxy addon for it. When I open a page with a magnet link on it, a plugin gets initialized multiple times, i.e. in console I see:

From what I could tell the more I go around on the website, the more instances get created, maybe due to how proxy plugin works.

Then, when I click on the magnet link and press "Add with options", it seems that multiple instances of the modal window get initiated:

Finally, when I add the torrent, after it gets successfully added, the plugin proceeds to spam with 'Torrent already added' errors:

I use Google Chrome Version 86.0.4240.75 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Linux.

+1 Got the same issue on both, Windows 10 and Fedora.

I'm having the same problem on just one tracker - Redacted. Works fine on my other private trackers. Anything I can do?
