Does this image come with the REST API's as per the Atlas Documentation

@DanW985 - Not sure if you're still looking for an answer here but, yes, this does come with the 2.1 API.

You can start hitting it with http://localhost:21000/api/atlas/v2 if you follow the same ports as on the README.
