Update copyright year in documentation

I was browsing the docs on https://www.scala-sbt.org/sbt-native-packager/ and noticed the copyright year was 2014, so I thought the project was abandoned. But looking at the github page it looks like there's activity. There's no link from the docs to the github repo so I had to use google to find it. You should update the copyright date. (Also the docs say 1.0, but looks like latest release is 1.4)
