Support adding entire Workflows

Today there's support for adding both:

  • WorkflowJob
  • WorkflowStep

...into .github/workflows/ci.yaml

I'm thinking this plugin is so helpful that it could even be used for creating entire Workflow (files). What's your thoughts on this?

I love this idea. I really do. And I have several use-cases for it. PRs welcome! Or I'll try to get to it sometime in the next few weeks. :-)

So for anyone who wants to jump on this… part of what needs to be resolved is building a full Workflow abstraction, which doesn't currently exist since everything is hard-coded to ci.yml and the Build job. I do think that this would be a fantastic change, and would generalize this tool considerably.
