Parser caching: Creating a page that was previously a redlink doesn't trigger an update

This is an awkward one. We might need to implement a maximum age at which the output is discarded and regenerated.

I can't quite remember how the output file-naming scheme works, but we should ensure we avoid leaving clutter in the cache directory.
