Add versions to apidoc

The API doc comments produce an awesome REST api reference, but the version numbers are shown. We should add them so that the 0.0.0 doesn't look so odd.

Come to think of it, a title at the top would be rather nice too.

Versions probably won't be possible, since apidoc wants the version in the format x.y.z, and Pepperminty Wiki uses just x.y most of the time. I'll have to think about it.

I haven't looked into the title thing though.
