Update included MediaInfo lib version to latest

There has been a few releases since the last advertised update for pymediainfo. https://github.com/MediaArea/MediaInfo/releases.

Hi, I'll try to work on this when I have a bit of free time. I want to move the CI to GitHub in the meantime.

I guess it would be possible to setup a CI that automatically runs and updates on a CRON or something that updates everything that is needed for each mediainfo release for pymediainfo?
