Ban Submissions Bulk Removal/Archiving

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

1. Login to sourcebans at least with access to Ban Management;

2. Access the Ban Submissions page;

3. Click on Ban or Archive on a player that has multiple reports;

4. Done, sourcebans does the action and removes the target you chose, but the repeated ones continue.

What happens?

There is a bug in the ban submission page. When I ban/archive a reported player, they still exist in the list after the ban/archive added to the ban/archive list.

What were you expecting to happen?

I expect the player name should not be in the reported list after adding it to banlist/archive. Remove all other reports from the same target.

Any logs, error output, etc.?

Nop.

Note, according to the user @shaikhnedab this bug only occurs in the development version, version 1.6.4 is ok, I couldn't test it, if someone can and see if everything is ok, it would be good.
