Problem loading subsequent pages in Sourcebans Submissions & Protests archive

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

1. Log in to Sourcebans as an admin user;
2. Navigate to the admin panel > bans section;
3. Click on either Submissions or Protest sections;
4. Click on the Archive tab;
5. (You need to have more than one page of submissions or protests archives);
6. Click on either the next link or select another page from the drop down list to view another page;

What happens?

The Web view sends the user back to the Add ban interface.

What were you expecting to happen?

The Web view should show the next page of submissions or protests (or the selected page if from the dropdown list).

Any logs, error output, etc.?

No logs are shown on the Web console.

What versions of software are you using?

Same here, still redirecting back to Add Ban page

same here. its not specific to submissions or archives only. it happens on system log page in webpanel settings.
