[Feature Request] Add warning system into SourceBans++

No, it is just feedback about SourceBans

Most server has warning plugin, but it is seperated from SourceBans.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I want to give feedback about SourceBans++. Integrating warning system does not need to get additional warning plugin and it can integrate into SourceBans webpage easily. When moderator gives warning to player, it will be recorded into the SourceBans web and it can also be used for offline player who broke the server rules. When warned person joins the server, the plugin will alert the person that "[SourceBans++] You have been warned by (moderator name) for (reason)."

Compatible with SourceBans++ and tals, I believe it just doesn't have a Web Interface in this case.

Warning no, it in this case records the ban that the plugin applies.
Every ban that the Warning System applies there, is saved on the SourceBans++ web.
