Import or translate PunkBuster GUID Bans to Sourcebans

Can you guys please implement a banlist import in this sheme posted below of PunkBuster Bans ?

An automatic comparation to steam ID should be doable or not ? CoD4 is available on Steam.... so it provides Steam IDs
