[Feature Request] Ability to see VAC Ban status on the Sourcebans Panel

Add a ability to see who all have got VAC Bans on the Sourcebans Websites. This will give admins and moderator to see whether they were very good at Banning someone for some reason.

The main function to show VAC Status on the Sourcebans Panel is we can check the Player VAC Status from Panel itself and if we find his Secondary Account being used on the Server , we can give them Ban for Duplicate Account. I know there is SourceSleuth but some people will play from Gaming Cafe and most of the ISP in India have single External IP and have own Sub Net for Clients leading to whole ISP Based Players banned in Single Ban.

This will most likely go in the dev branch as an extension at most; I don't see it being a priority with the current branch.
