[Feature Request] Ban by game server

Expected Behavior

Hello, We are several team on the same dedicated machine, we do not share the ban. You should add the ability to choose whether a server uses only the bans linked to are IDs or if it uses all the bans of all the servers.

Current Behavior

Now ban is for all server

There's something like this for SourceComms module, but not for bans. You could also use separate database :P

But I wanted to make my life easier, I did not want to create several sites and several databases whereas all of them could centralize, one can already give rights to some admin on some server, creates web and server groups. I figured that being able to choose if each server uses only it is ban or that of all the banlist would be a good addition to sourcebans.
