[Feature Request] Add permission to view the ip of an banned player

Add an option to the control panel to "view ip addresses".

Just enable "Hide Player IP"

I meant permission wise for admin groups.

Hello i am very interested in this feature aswell, i've had to completely remove ip address's out of web server file page_bans.tpl since all admins are able to see ip address's
