new macbook, can't use Max

just got a new MBP running Monterey. i downloaded Max 9.1 & it wont run. i get this error. please help Screen Shot 2022-11-24 at 12 20 23 AM

Experiencing this issue as well. Running macOS Monterey.

System info: Model Name: MacBook Pro Model Identifier: MacBookPro13,3 System Version: macOS 12.5.1 (21G83) Kernel Version: Darwin 21.6.0

Was able to get to the application running by control + clicking the app on the dock and selecting Open. This added Open to the menu pictured above.

@aktionman the version you're using is too old, you need to use the unstable 0.9.2b4 build here - https://files.sbooth.org/Max-0.9.2b4.dmg

I have the same issue with the 0.9.2b4 build from that link, on Ventura 13.3.1

Control-clicking on the icon does allow it to open, of course
