More ways to rate content

[IRHM]

More options for users to choose how they rate their content. Possible rating method we could allow:

• [x] 0-10 (default, how it works already)
• [ ] 0.0-10.0 (increments of 0.5)
• [ ] 0.0-10.0 (increments of 0.1)
• [ ] 0-100
• [ ] 0-5
• [ ] Thumbs up/down/sideways (or any similar generic three way rating like this)

Should work when viewing other users watchlist.
