How to replace reference image?

I wanted to ask how one should replace the reference images in pykneer for pig subjects which I'm trying to do for my Master thesis project.

Hi Garimadi,

In the folder reference of the demo images, you should substitute the files reference.mha, reference_f.mha, and reference_fc.mha, with your own image, femur segmentation, and femoral cartilage segmentation, respectively. You should keep the same file names (i.e. reference.mha, reference_f.mha, and reference_fc.mha).

Please, consider that the registration parameters are optimize for human knees, so I am not sure the registration will work properly if the images are very different.
