Add a "bounding box" option

The idea is to add an option to "enlarge" a notification beyond the actual size.

Use case: I have the window title on my top center and notifications appear on the top of it, but if the notification is smaller than the window title, it gets mixed with it. If there was a bounding box, it would cover the title during notification.
