When an application set to ignoreApps is at the top of the list, the windows of other applications behind it do not autoraise.
I am using CLI mode, and when the window of an application with ignoreApps set is in the foreground, the windows of other applications behind that window remain hidden behind it, and autoraize is not working.
The OS is Sequoia 15.6 (24G84) and I am using it on an Intel Mac. Thank you in advance for your help.

Sorry for the late reply. This should indeed not happen. Will look at it asap.

I would say this behaviour is by design. When you add an application to the ignoreApps list, it means AutoRaise will not raise or focus that app. If you hover the mouse over an app that is underneath the ignored app, AutoRaise -will- switch focus to it, but not raise it (unless of course you have configured AutoRaise to always raise instead of focus only). I think what you are after is something like a RaiseWindowsUnderneathIgnoredApp feature which currently isn't planned.
Understood. Thank you.
