Weird Mission Control Behavior (raises window previews in mission control)
When Autoraise is enable, the pointer raises windows in mission control. This becomes an issue when multiple windows are open in one app and they overlap with each other. I say "weird" because even though it raises the preview, you still have to click where it used to be to access that window. Turning off the app or attempting to exclude "Mission Control" from the settings does not seem to help.

I have added some experimental detection code, see #218. It will take some time before this can go to master. In the meantime, feel free to compile yourself and test it. Detailed instructions for compilation can be found in the README.
