Mattermost Desktop App always raises

hello, I noticed another app that seems to be misbehaving. I have v5.3 installed on OSX Sonoma with "old_activation_method" and "experimental_focus_first" and use delay=0 to focus without raise. I noticed that the window "Mattermost Desktop App" always raises even though it isn't supposed to. All other windows work properly. Let me know if you need any additional debug info. Thanks!

This will require some research to see if this in an AutoRaise bug or not. Thanks for reporting!
