Add option to disable autoraise when changing space (desktop)

Added an option that prevents auto raise (and auto focus) immediately after a change of Space.

This prevents the situation where you change Space (by swiping on a trackpad for example) and then immediately lose context as you can't predict what window you are now within. If you want to auto raise then it only takes a small mouse movement!
