启动后 CPU 内存打满，虚拟机挂起

环境：4 核 8G Ubuntu 虚拟机 + docker compose + bili-sync 最新 release 现象：后台配置并行下载数量为 1 但开始下载后一段时间 CPU 内存会同时打满，虚拟机甚至会 OOM，最终虚拟机挂起。 不知有何配置方法避免？
