Set debug=1 and filter apps on author:OCA by default

I use runboat to understand how a module work. My first task is allways to set author:OCA as default app search and to add debug=1 in odoo URL. I might be the only one to do that but I find this very useful to understand a module. I suggest to add this by default in all runboat.
