Task referencing and running error

Open fuchsfranklin opened this issue 2 years ago • 0 comments

I have the newest versions of R (4.2.1) and SevenBridges (Bioconductor 3.15), and cannot reference a task by its id using project()$task(id = targetid) with task id values that I know exist in the project and can be viewed with project()$task(), although using the name as in project()$task(name = targetname) works for accessing the task.

Additionally, creating a draft task then allows project()$task(id = targetid) to work for that specific task only while it has draft status, but then trying to run a draft task using tsk$run() (where I know I have the correct task tsk referenced from checking beforehand) yields the error in the image below. I can see that the task is run in SevenBridges, but I can then no longer access it from the API anymore using the task id.

SBG_Error

The Shiny app used to work last August, and reverting the R and SevenBridges versions to the release versions from then does not solve the problem.
