Test plugin with Mono

I've never been able to get KeePass to work with Mono, so I've only ever used it with Windows.

I assume this plugin will work fine with KeePass under Mono, but if anyone wants to confirm it that would be very helpful!

Just tried it, it said incompatible operating system

the plugin is built with --plgx-prereq-os:Windows, can this be the reason?

Could we trust this Salsa20 implementation if the developer seems to ignore surrounding issues?

@sergeevabc You can easily browse the code and verify the validity of the implementation for yourself. You are also free to fork the project if I fail in my duties as maintainer. I apologize for my leave of absence from GitHub. Also note that this was an issue that I myself opened. I do not feel too bad about ignoring my own issues. If anyone else had created an issue then I most certainly would have addressed it sooner.
