I license past and future contributions under the dual MIT/Apache-2.0 license, allowing licensees to choose either at their option.

fyi, been very slow, but working on this still -- a small example is at https://github.com/initc3/nix-sgx-hello-rust Main issue right now is to build with `xargo`, but building without `xargo` works....
