Latex formatting does not work with the version provided in texlive-most

Formatting tex files with latexindent version 3.9.1 (which is provided in the texlive-most package on arch) fails with the error:

'Can''t open /dev/stderr at /usr/share/texmf-dist/scripts/
latexindent/LatexIndent/Document.pm line 165, <> line 149.'

Can be fixed by adding a more recent version of latexindent to your PATH
