Use cargo fmt when available

Sometimes, rustfmt just doesn't work, e.g. with an async main function with tokio or otherwise, but cargo fmt can recognize it. Not sure if there would be any downsides to this. #88 (closed) has a cargo fmt formatter, but I'm not sure how out of date it is.
