highlighting always shows dark colour scheme

Version 2.1.25 (74) macOS 15.3 (24D60)

As in title, even when system is in light mode, the syntax highlighting stays in the dark colour scheme. This seems to persist after restarts and reinstallation of the Syntax Highlight app.

Same issue, oppsite sign here :D (Dark mode, but always shows light mode; HTML rendering does indeed fix it.)

I always get dark mode, regardless of rendering engine :/
