Output stuck at 99% and the video file contains audio only
The video output window remains frozen at 99% and does not progress any further, while the video file that is saved only displays a black screen accompanied by the audio track. Despite the process appearing nearly complete, the visual content fails to render properly, resulting in a saved video that contains sound but no visible footage.
I did find and fix an error just now unrelated to this, there was some issue with the small network. Unfortunately, this sounds different and it sounds like a WebCodecs issue. WebCodecs tends to behave very differently between different browsers, operating systems and videos. The best way to help me troubleshoot would be to give me details on (1) Which browser you were using, (2) Which OS you were using and (3) If you can share the actual video, that would be helpful.
Pleas keep in mind I'm volunteering my very limited free time on this, and just don't have the time or budget to hire Q/A testers or anything like that.

I use chrome 136.0.7103.93 on windows 10. I never experienced issues, also "The video output window remains frozen at 99% " is not my case. When I download the upscaled video it's very small in filesize and depicts only a black screen. This issue is consistance.
