disable_xconsole missing r10k

Hi Steffen,

In the master branch I find the $disable_xconsole defined in ::rsyslog::client. However when using R10K , the code that is being pulled is different (aparently older), which does NOT invlude this parameter.

r10k mod 'saz-rsyslog', '5.0.0'

Though the project URL linked to in the above puppetforge link is right here, but apparently is different.

help , cause we really need this parameter.
