d3d12 video support?

It would be nice to be able to show d3d12 video support for GPUs like DXVAInfo does.

Thanks for the suggestion. I must admit I have no idea about the video part of D3D12. Can you please provide some details or links to demonstrate what is it about? How much work would it involve to add to D3d12info?

I will think about it in the future. For now I don't have much time for coding and this project already became quite complex.
