Allow for templating

There should be settings that would allow me to set up a custom template. Fields such as {{content}} and others from #3 would allow me to customize the incoming data to my liking.

For the templating, it would be nice if it could respect Markdown bullet depth too. For instance, mine might look like:

  - Metadata
    - [[{author}]]
  - Content
    - {content}
