[Feature request] Button for creation of new pages with smartblocks

Use case

I’m documenting and tracking tickets I write for different software products in logseq. Each ticket has its own page (e.g. Microsoft/ticket/123456789), based on a template. For each software producer where I track the tickets, I have an overview page for the tickets (eg. Microsoft/ticket).

Desired feature

What I’d like is a configurable button which I would add to the overview page. Pressing it will open a modal which lets me fill in some information (ticket number, case title, ...) and then create a new page for the ticket, using the provided information to fill in some places in the template.
