[feature request] list of available dynamic variables

Would appreciate if you could provide a list of available dynamic variables, perhaps in the README file ..

  • {author}, {author+}, {author++}
  • {author lastname}
  • {doi}
  • {publisher}
  • {year}
  • ... etc
