Suggest links (instead of forcing them automatically) via highlight

I wouldn't want to use automatic linking because it'll generate too many references, but it'd be good to simply highlight potential matches. This would already be a great starting point, but for bonus points it'd be great to have a Link prompt of some sort near the highlighted word, which would convert the highlight into an actual link.

Similar to how link-unlink plugin does it

That feature would be really awesome as the original plugin seems to be broken
