Link but keep capitalisation

It could be great if there was an setting so that when Automatic Linker parses a block for a link, substitute it with an aliased link.

E.g. A link exists called "questions". When typing "Questions", substitute with [Questions]([[questions]]).

With this proposed setting turned on, you can type lowercase "questions" if you don't want an aliased link to be created.
