Docs improvement ideas

• [ ] Add docstrings to the code base and generate documentation from it.
  • This would allow people to copy paq.lua into their config without losing the benefit of documentation.
  • Look into mini.doc
• [ ] Create a static website for documentation.
  • Use gen_help_html.lua?
